Yes. Every new tenant starts on the full platform with no card required. When the trial ends without an upgrade, the account turns read only so your data is never held hostage.
No. The base plan is one flat price and every module is a toggle. Turn off what you do not use, and turning a module back on restores everything intact.
Only the two things with real provider cost: SMS credits and custom domains. Everything else, including email reminders and data export, is part of the base plan.
